Another sound, or menu, bug: No Sound in Spider-Man Blu-ray menu :-(

UPDATE: Fixed in the coming version

Yes, it is fixed, there's sound now in the Spider-Man menu. As well as in Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man 3, which had the same problem, in this Sony Pictures Home Entertainment UK Blu-ray Trilogy box set.

I've waited for three months, the bug is still not fixed.

Still no sound in the menu with version 5.0.1.8.

I checked that there is no general DD 2.0 problem. It's a menu bug. This is the UK Blu-ray release.

Played with the hardware Blu-ray disc player, the AVR reports the menu sound signal as DD 2.0.



Either you have problems with DD 2.0, or it's a menu bug.

Just see the screenshot above, I even shrinked it down from png to ugly 1920x1080 jpg before the "Fullsize" upload, and look at the result. :-(

1. Please go to Settings > Audio, send us a screenshot of it on your DVDFab Player 5;
2. Please click on the Menu button of DVDFab Player 5 to choose "Open log folder" and send us the logs. Or directly go to C:\Users\user name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5 (the default log location), send us the logs, thanks.
