Won't rip a BD to hard drive

Don't know whats going on here. I wanted to rip "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" to a hard drive so I could shrink it down with another program. Passkey looked at the BD and then I got the standard menu by right-clicking on the Passkey icon and clicked on "Rip to Hard Drive". The BD drive light lit up, but then nothing else happened, nothing was ripped to the hard drive. Here is the log data:
    DVDFabPasskey 8.1.0.4 (2013/09/15 11:19:45)

Just for grins I tried using the software that converts tracks to MP4 files and it worked fine reading from the BD drive rather than a ripped image.
Working...
