I installed trial version of Passkey v 8.2.1.2 . I tried it on a DVD from Japan using DVD_RTAV format with CPRM protection. Passkey could not recognize the DVD. Passkey settings gave me the following message.

I tried Rip To Harddisk option, but it gave me "DVDFab Passkey is not activated for Drive F:". I can see the drive and its folders by windows explorer, but Passkey does not see it. What should I do?
