Plz be aware that I thread jacked a thread where Mona had last replied. At the time, I had no other alternative.
Here is more or less what I wrote:
I jumped at the opportunity to get a Free Passkey within the DVDFab promotion. Then an update to v8.2.4.8 was released. It wouldn't update for me, so like the genius that I am, I thought that I had to uninstall v8.2.4.7 prior to updating.
Now, have I lost everything, or is there anyway to fix it. I still don't understand why it wouldn't update on the first try.
While I'm at it, while I have the latest version of DVDFab 9.2.1.0 installed, when I start DVDFab, it tells me that my version is 9.2.0.5 and that a new update is available. 9.2.0.5 coincides with my Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10.
