    Transcode AAC + 504.00 1 2

    Hi all!

I'm currently trying to convert my h264 movies for my Samsung P3 player using the ipod.mpeg4 profile (the Samsung does not support AVC1/Main). But unfortunately every time it immediatly aborts with error 504.00 1 2.

I've experimented with all possible encoder and decoder setting combinations, also with Lightning disabled, no success. It took me two days to notice that NOT video transcoding is the problem, but audio is!

As long as I leave the audio as 5.1 multichannel, everything works. But as soon as I try to transcode the audio to 2ch (regardless whether Stereo or any of the ProLogic options), I get the error again.

I'm running DVDFab 8.0.6.8 on Windows 7/x64. This is the log output:

    Code:
    ------ begin mobile work(1/1) ------
     3m 08.12s: create config(3)
     3m 08.13s: convert profile(ipod.mpeg4)
     3m 08.23s: 513.05: get video start offset(7200)
     3m 08.23s: 3m 08.24s: not set correct fourcc for video(13)
     3m 08.24s: info: set output video frame_rate(25/1)
3m 08.27s: CoreAVC for video decoding enabled
     3m 11.42s: ------ mobile work failed(504.00 1 2 ) ------
And this is the MP4Info output of the audio track from the used h264 movie:

    Code:
    Audio #1
    ID : 2

    Language : German
Has anybody else seen this behaviour or is this a known problem? Do I miss some codecs on my system?

    Thx,
    Peter
