Hi all
I am trying the Video Converter V8.1.0.0 and I wanted to add to it one MOV files(1920 x 1080) and the software told me , The file is unsupported.
Then, I export it from Premiere to AVI(Blackmagic codec), WVM, MP4,M4V and when I tried to add these file to Video converter, it did not anything.
Finally, I tried to add one AVCHD(MTS file) and it works fine, for it, Could anybody help me?
