V 8.2.1.5 Error Code 501.01 5

Long time DVDFab user using licensed version 8.2.1.5. First time video converter user running in trial user mode. I'm trying to compress a 321 mb 6 minute wmv file to a smaller wmv footprint.

I'm receiving the error message:

"Work 1 failed. Error 501.01 5"

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?
