Found an easily reproducible bug when choosing the conversion quality. I'm converting an MKV to MP4. The MKV is a main movie Passthrough rip of a DVD (720x404).
1. Choose MP4 as output format and go to Advanced Settings.
2. Resolution defaults to 1024x.. Change to 720x.. as that's the source's resolution.
3. Video Quality defaults to Standard and shows a 728kbps bitrate. Change to High Quality (1608kbps) and then change back to Standard. Now the bitrate all of a sudden is 1244kbps.
Seems to have to do with changing the resolution, since when changing it, the BitRate field no longer gets grayed out, suggesting that Video Quality is now Customized, while the dropdown still shows Standard.
