DVDFab v12.0.8.2 (Win) Remux into file change the subtitles format to PGS, why?

When I convert a video file and I choose "Remux into file" the Subtitles are change to PGS. Is it possible to fix it so the original (SRT) subtitles format stays the same?

If I don't change the video output, it works.

If I convert 265 to 264, the subtitles stay the same which is a good thing.
But when I convert a 264 to a 264 to reduce the bitrate, the subtitles are change to PGS
