Hi,
i am new to DVDfab. I bought Version 10.0.6.8 x64, installed it without Problems, but every time i start the program it says no Access to Internet and asks me to use Proxy which i don't have.
I can grey out the Manual Proxy Configuration in the Network Tab, but that don't help.
The same with Firewall and Antivirussoftware off.I am running Windows 8.1.I use a fritzbox 7490 as Router.The AVM Support tells me no Problem here.
All other Programs needing Internetconnection run ok.
How can i configure DVDfab for a direct Internet Connection ?
I even couldnt registrate my purchase online.The fab Support had to do it for me
Help would be great.
