Copy protection is not an issue now. I will have the Player developer team check the playback issue. Sorry for the trouble.

Not a problem about the player playback, I have a few backups including version 3 and 6 from DVDFab. Just a little more feedback...
Stand Alone Players Used: (Note, all play the original disc with no issues or delays at starting the Movie Disc).
Panasonic BD75
Panasonic DMP-BDT310
Panasonic DP-UB820EB UHD player
Samsung UBD-K8500 UHD player
Samsung UBD-M9000 UHD player
I can confirm that DVDFab has fixed the playlist problem, with all PC BD-J players playing the correct playlist.
However it still suffers a 20 minute black screen initialisation delay, when played from disc in the Panasonic BD75 Cinavia enabled player, and probably with some other standalone blu-ray players as well.
This 20 minute black screen initialisation delay with some standalone players is an obscure quirk only seen with 'Knives Out' and 'Midway' blu-rays, and may be a tricky one for the DVDFab programmers to fix.
I hope this is enough of a feedback for you Mona.
