Error After Installing 11089

Hello, I just downloaded and installed DVDFab 11089. When I try to run it, I get the error below and the program closes:

Please advise how to fix this issue.

I restarted my computer and it is working fine now. Sorry for the false alarm.

It was working great yestersay when I ripped movies to mp4. Today no load at all I ended up going back to version 10013 installed and it works

Other users reported that the problem can be fixed using the steps below:
1. Uninstall DVDFab
2. Run CCleaner or manually delete all the left files
3. Reboot
4. Redownload DVDFab
5. Install DVDFab
