Unable to log in to account - server error - please help

Please Assist -

Anyone having issues with DVDFab 12 and the account login page -> Server Error -> https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=login





I have written Mona at DVDFab and gotten absolutely no help. Can anyone here please assist.

I get the exact same error when using either my laptop or my desktop computer. I have already emptied the cookies so I do not know what is going on here...

I can’t duplicate this. If you are on a vpn connection, try reverting to a standard connection from your internet provider or try a different browser. Do the other pages on the Fab website load correctly?

WOW - Mona Su was AWESOME - The issue was actually a ''Special Character'' in my User ID.
Mona was able to chat with me directly and patiently see the error message.
She changed the original user id name a ''WALA'' no more issue -> it was amazingly fixed.
No More Issues... If you have a problem with this try changing your user ID to not have any ''Special Characters'' i.e. /()´^ and that will probably do the trick.
