    [Solved] Unknown Error

This has happened a couple of times today. While 'analyzing' the disc (Blu-Rays) and Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server, after a couple of minutes an 'Unknown Error' is generated.

I'm guessing the server is down. It did come back this afternoon, but I guess, with the time change, it's unlikely to come back again this evening?

    TIA

The people that fix it are in China, where it is 0445 as I type this, they should be back in the office in about 5 hours. This type of issue is most often an internet problem that fixes itself, so try again in a bit.

Thanks Signals - it does indeed seem to have sorted itself out again.

Mudmover Hope it stays that way!

jonboy1969 please don’t put logs in the message area of a post. Extra work for the staff extracting then and distributing them to developers which delays a solution. Please see the link in my sig about supplying logs (below). Hope the problem is cleared up for you also.
