DVD Fab Update fail

Hello,

i have installed DVD Fab 64 bit version on 2 of my Pcs. whenever there is an update, i click on update and update fails to download the software from Windows 10 laptop. where as i am able to update the software using automatic update form Windows 7 PC
i will have to download whole package to install the latest version

PS: this issue doesn't happen all the time. it happens once every 3 or 4 updates
