Audio out of sync when trimming

With DVDFab 12 and 13 when I trim a DVD and grab a 4 Min video clip somewhere in the middle, the audio is completely out of sync. (between 2-4 seconds)
How, can I make it work properly.

now I need to convert to to MP4 or MKV first and then trim, but then it's still a little bit out of sync when i trim it after wards.

try going into common settings - av codec - select disable all gpu codecs for decoding & encoding
restart dvdfab and retry to trim your dvd again and see if you still have the audio out of sync issue.

tried that, and didn't make a different, everything is still out of sync.

leave the gpu codecs disabled, and also uncheck lighting shrink & lighting shrink recording
restart dvdfab and retry again and see what the results are.

thats gets turned off as soon you disabled the GPU for all the other options at the top.

Which profile did you use? We need more info to better check the problem. Please provide the DVDFab13.log file too. Thank you.
