DVDfab 13.0.2.4 UHD Ripper - audio sync issues

I have ripped multiple 4k discs and found them to have approx 5 sec audio sync delay in version 13.0.2.4. attaching logs

I was having the same problem with several movies I have ripper recently. I was hoping that 13.0.2.5 would fix it, but sadly it has not. It is better, but still about one second off.

From the log file, the profile in use was (MKV.4K.HDR10.H265.10Bit.Default). Please update to the latest v13025 to try again.
Also, did you try other profiles, the same problem?

I've passed the available information to the developer in charge.

According to your other post, you were using DVD Ripper - MKV Passthorugh, not the same as the OP reported in this thread.

Yes, having the same problem over multiple discs and other profile. Issue is still present in V13025

Mona Has there been any progress made to this audio sync issue in the UHD ripper module?

Same problem with MKV Passthrough profile while ripping Dark Angel DVDs - sound sync is off by just enough to make it unwatchable. DVDfab version is the very latest 13.0.2.6

try this - click the 3 hamburger lines in the upper right hand corner of the dvdfab interface - click AV Codec - click "disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding"
you will see everything switch to software, restart dvdfab and retry your discs again and see if you still have the sound sync issues.

Didn't help, sound sync is still off.
