Won't download from UKTVPlay

Nothing from UKTVPlay will download in Downloader (1.0.0.5). UKTVPlay is one of your listed supported websites. Adverts play OK, but when it comes to play the program you get the spinning egg timer, then eventually an unhappy face icon (see attached screen shot). I am signed into UKTVPlay in the downloader and the same programs play OK in Chrome.

What I mean by "Nothing" is No video URL on https://uktvplay.uktv.co.uk/ will download, or even play in the DVDFab Downloader Explorer. All play perfectly in Chrome.

UKTVPlay is one of your officially supported websites as advertised when I purchased the Downloader, listed here https://www.dvdfab.cn/supported-online-sites-list.htm#U


I'm not sure which part of "Nothing" downloads from this website is being misunderstood, but here are examples:

Five releases later, v1.0.0.10 and still not downloading from UKTVPlay. When is this going to be resolved?
