G'day, there is about a 50% rate of downloadable sites on the list , the ones that work I have no problem downloading clips - easy.. My problem is that I am unable to watch or preview clips on the downloader screen. Some sites are blank with a play pause and others may display an error message " THERE WAS AN ERROR LOADING OR PLAYING THE VIDEO " . . I have only had this problem for a few months and thought it maybe a dvdfab error, not so sure. I am using Windows Home Edition and have Microsoft edge. Hope there is an easy fix. Downloading good but preview would be great to back in action. thankyou and stay safe, Darren

Hello, about the preview/play issue, we suggest that you play/watch them using browser like Chrome or Firefox.
The play feature in Downloader will be removed in the future, we will focus more in the Download feature. -
