I've been having this problem with a lot of consistency. I'll start downloading something on Amazon Prime and it just freezes part of the way through the download. I have tried cancelling and restarting it, that doesn't help. The only thing that brings progress is to quit the program and restart it, which restarts the download completely. I've also had several times when it says that it has downloaded the entire file but does not go into the next steps. I've tried downloading 3 or 4 things probably about a handful of times and have only had luck with 1 time so far. I've attached my log from the most recent attempt.

Do I need to manually install the new version? when I click "Check for Updates" it tells me 3.0.0.8 is the latest version still.Comment

I already had an older version installed and authorized, I just download and install the new EXE... no need to de-authorize, uninstall, install new, re-authorize.Originally posted by Electro007 View Post
