DVD Video Downloader - Amazon UK - Cannot log in when using 2FA. works ok otherwise

When logging into Amazon (UK) where 2FA is turned off then it works fine and logs in and downloads etc with no problems.

When 2FA either phone or google code us used, then the log in always fails.

I have tried both types of authentication and can only log in when 2FA is turned off.
