    3.0.1.9 update causes crashing

    Hi!

I have three licences of the program. I am happy to report that when I updated all of them to version 3.0.1.8, there were no issues and I had as many as 300 videos in que for all three machines that have licenses (roughly 900 videos queued). All of them are downloading successfully, but then upon updating them to version 3.0.1.9, the que is crashing again on all three machines.

Version 3.0.1.8 has been the most successful so far without any crashes, but then when I opted in to update, I'm back at everything freezing and crashing again. All three machines are downloading videos from amazon prime.

Sorry that you are having an issue with the product. Please send us the latest log file for checking the crashing issue.
Meanwhile, you can install version 3018 for use again.

Thanks for the recommendation. I did end up removing all traces of 3.0.1.9 and putting 3.0.1.8 back on all 3 machines. So far as of the last 6 hours or so, everything on Amazon seems to be running nice and smooth. I don't have any of the log files from the problematic 3.0.1.9, but if I run into any more problems, I'll post future logs if there are any problems.

Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort on developing this software and the continued maintenance on all of our issues. I truly appreciate it, you've done an awesome thing and I'm proud to support DRM downloader. Truly a magnificent piece of software!

I just had a crash using 3.0.1.8. The weird thing is that it is on all 3 machines and all 3 of them froze at the same time. It almost appeared as maybe a server crash caused them to lock up. Anyway, I'm updating one of them to the 3.0.2.0 and leaving the others still on 3.0.1.8. I'll run them all again at the same time and monitor again. I have attached the log files from one of the machines that froze.
