Unable to pull video from YouTube

I had been able to pull video from YouTube awhile ago (don't often check) but on the current version it won't let me. I checked the licenses and it says all other Downloaders are activated but the YouTube Downloader is listed as Free. The product page shows YouTube as the first one listed on the web page (I assume DRM downloader was renamed All in One downloader?)
