Amazon Download Failed

Hi,

I never had any problem downloading from Amazon Prime until today. This morning I was trying to download episode 9 of a series and it immediately failed. So I tried again this time without any subtitles since it is in english. It immediately failed again. Note that I previously downloaded the prior 8 episodes successfully. In fact, episode 8 was downloaded with this latest version. I have attached the log from the 2nd attempt. Thank you.

Sorry. I tried again an hour later with the same settings and this time the download did not fail. There appears to be intermittent problems with both Amazon Prime and Netflix. In the future I will wait if there is a problem and try again later before posting.
