Netflix 720p (actually 540p) downloads on some titles

Mitchell's vs the Machines on Netflix reports that it is downloading as 720p in actuality it's even worse, only 960x540

There is already a thread about this one, and yes there are quite a few of these out there
Even the ones downloading in 1080 are quite varied in framerate. Some seem to be normal(ish), others half that

Some videos are unable to access high-quality data, in this case, StreamFab will download the best one it can find and access.
