Amazon downloads not raw, 1080p source is in 480p

I recently downloaded a purchased video from Prime, and the finished product was downloaded as 480p instead.

I just had a similar issue. Selected Best, which before the issue meant 1080p, after the update, best says 720p but comes down in 640x480.
