I can't download series with HBO Max

I'm in Brazil, and HBO Max is now available here but all downloads fail for series.

Can someone help me?

I have the same problem in my country Ecuador, but support says that it is only for the United States, what they do not understand is that hbo USA has only content in English.

Support told me to use vpn usa, and used a server in the usa but it did not let me download the content in Spanish in low English but the Spanish option does not leave despite using hbo in the United States

lol why support dont tell you pay the license with false dollars? lol, joke we cant download same content and streams, we need support for spanish streams
