HBO Max keeps crashing

When downloading from HBO Max, Streamfab will get hung up on a title and then it crashes. Even force quitting won't stop it. I have to reboot the computer to get it to stop. I've tried this out on a PC, a Mac with Intel, and a Mac with Apple chips.
