StreamFab 4026 to 5005 queue transfer

I have a bunch of videos saved in queues on multiple sites with streamfab. If I upgrade 4026 to 5005, will it import over the queues or will I have to start over with empty queues?

The task queue structure has changed, so the tasks in version 4026 won't be imported to version 5.
