Amazon unable to download Jumanji: The Next Level at 1080p

Purchased the HD version of Jumaji: The Next Level from Amazon. Download fails to acknowledge anything above 540p

exact same thing just happened with Cruella on Amazon in v5.0.2.5

Sorry about it, the developer said that he knew where the problem is but it's not easy to fix and he needs more time.

Fix: A problem that certain Amazon Prime videos cannot be downloaded in 1080p quality.

but it is not fixed in 5.0.2.8

According to the developer, the largest resolution of the Jumaji: The Next Level is 1920*800, in this case, when downloading it will display as 1080 however, the result will be 1920*800 only.

Cruella is only offering 960x540 still, I haven't purchased jumanji again to test, and am hesitant to since Cruella is NOT fixed
