5.0.3.2 roku issues

I decided to take a look at roku. I'm using the 3 free trial downloads option.

I signed up for a free account and signed in.

The Practice s6 ep 3 was extremely slow (less than 500kb/s)

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World (any episode) kept giving me an error in the download list: "failure accessing video information. please make sure that you can play back the video." I am able to play this video just fine even within the program on the home/roku tab. log and screen attached.

Strawberry Shortcake (Classic) - S1:E1 Meet Strawberry Shortcake

This downloaded as a really pathetic file that was less than 300x300 px. The time length on the episode selection dialog says 00:00:00 for all episodes. Playing the episode shows a full size video. But when trying to download an episode, such as the above, it downloads the tiny file -- despite saying "1080p" and "AAC" in the download list. screen attached.

Neither The Lost World or Strawberry Shortcake are encrypted....that may be the problem.
The Practice episode downloaded fine....ROKU seems to me to be faster or slower depending on the time of day. I downloaded it at about 3 MB/s.

Both of the above episodes just showed up as "1080" in the download list too but ended up as tiny dimensions (both 288x216) that were much smaller than the typical sd dimensions, which they were both supposed to have been (something like 640x480).

these two movies don't download either.
