More VIKI problems

Simply put unable to download from VIKI. As it tries to analyze the video, I get a message that the browser used by Streamfab is not compatible and eventually Streamfab is unable to download. Have tried multiple videos. (Using 5.0.3.4)

Still the same problems with 5.0.3.5

As you can see from the image attached, the download worked on our end. Please try to remove the current version and then install the offline one https://dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64 to have a try and see the result.
