M3U8 Downloader and Disney+ web site?

So we know the Disney+ downloader is limited to 720p due to looking like a browser to the service.

Some internet searching has lead me to a few posts saying that using links to M3U8 url can allow downloading as higher resolution.

I Haven't purchased the M3U8 downloader module yet, is anyone who has purchased it, and subscribed to Disney+ willing/able to try it?

That shouldn't matter. My understanding is that Disney is restricting the resolution on web browsers. Unless Streamfab can trick Disney into thinking it's a smart tv, then you won't get a higher resolution.

I have it and that is a bunch of bad news. No way you can get Disney off a browser at any more than 720p. If you do, it's a screen record.
