I don't know if this happens when you have multiple items from multiple modules in the queue: I only noticed this when trying to delete some Peacock items in my queue.
The scenario:
I have 10 items from Hulu in my queue (1 show, 1 season, 10 episodes).
I also have 1121 items from Peacock in my queue (9 shows, multiple seasons, 1121 total episodes).
I began to delete Peacock items from my queue by going into the queue, finding the show/season I wanted to delete, and clicking on the X. SF would ask me if I was sure I wanted to delete the task, and I would click Yes.
On the second deletion, I got the same message and clicked Yes.
On the third deletion, I got the same message and clicked Yes. (In previous test cases this is where SF would crash, but it did not this time).
I continued to delete other show/seasons thinking there was a different problem going on but eventually SF crashed.
Logfiles attached.
