Last episode season one all in the family

Trying to get some clarification on season one of all in the family from prime. IMDb shows 13 episodes stream fab and anystream both only show 12. One of the services shows episode 12 as success story the other shows episode 12 as the First and last supper. Both of those episodes although titled differently are the same exact episode I’m not sure which one is right and where Episode 13 is and what it should be called.

Thanks. Success story isn’t available for download. And First and last supper is listed as episode 12 when it’s actually 13.
