That means 0 for 2 with the OP probably making it 0 for 3. Definitely this appears to be a priority problem that needs to be looked at ASAP.

When they're actually doing a better job of blocking DL access than Netflix does, you said it!

My VPN setting had to be tweaked a bit from "auto" to access Netflix, and unfortunately I forget who came up with the setting tip so I can't give them the credit they deserve (I'm pretty sure I picked it up on this forum). But once I connected, I shouldn't have had the crash and burn rate I did that resulted in a really meager amount of downloads with SF, given that the competition had no problem with login, analyzing or downloading.
