DRM M3U8 cutting off parts of movies around commercials or at the start

I'm trying to download some recorded movies, and I am finding that parts of the movies, especially around the beginning and commercials appear to be getting cut off. Is there a way to turn off automated commercial removal, for when this is not working properly?

I tried this in .04 first, and tried it again after updating today to .05 it does the same thing in both versions.

Since this program arrived the best I've had from My5 (thats the UK Channel 5) is SD but since a few updates ago downloads fail every time on every program. Analyses then ends.
