Netflix : For some videos the remux phase fails

The download is very slow and the file obtained is incomplete. I have 2 examples : Once Upon a Time in Hollywwod / Baby Boy

There isn't an update from the developer regarding the mux problem. Did you update to the latest v6102 and delete the caches to try again?

I have tried with some success: Once Upon a Time in Hollywwod (H265) is Ok now, Glass Onion (HDR10) is Ok too
But Baby Boy and Blue Bayou (always H264) failed or was incomplete

Hi Mona, one out of two titles fails with 6.1.0.4 (Salt / Incantation / Planes para mañana / Capitaine Phillips / Peur primale). You can see it in the log file.

I already had the same problem with : Honey Boy / Ocean's Twelve / Fish Tank / Blue Bayou etc..
I don't know what to do anymore. Thanks for your help

I have some good news...the downloads are partially successful. Time out problems are reduced to certain times of the day on weekdays (12 am - 4 pm)
