Apple + "Spirited " 360p

I have never used the Apple + tv Downloader.
As it is Downloading is says that it is 360p.
So is it not possible to DL in 1080p?
s there a setting I am missing?

I'm still getting the same issue. It's not downloading in 720 and now I can't download Emancipation at all. Fails every time.
