    6.1.0.3 Stalled in Download

    StreamFab.log_STALLED.log I have no idea how to troubleshoot this application. Yesterday, with 6.1.0.2 installed, I could not get Streamfab to start any downloads from Amazon - just stuck on Analyzing. Note that 6.1.0.2 had worked fine for me the day before. I restarted the PC and updated StreamFab to 6.1.0.3 and it seemed to start working OK. I had 21 programs in the queue and it began normal downloads around noon (12:23 according to the log). Four programs were successfully downloaded by 15:53, and the fifth one started, but that download stuck at 48%. The log seems to show many different messages starting at 16:05:03.

    We may have had one or two short interruptions in our Internet service around that time, but they were very brief, and my computer continues to work normally except for StreamFab being stalled in the download. StreamFab is continuing to respond normally to other things, like looking at settings or programs in the browser, but the download does not resume.

    I do not know the preferred way for us to share log files on this forum, so here is a small clip of the log messages around that time:

    UPDATE: After I posted this, I hit "Pause All" on the downloading screen, then "Start All", and the stalled download seems to have started over and is now downloading again.

    I have attempted to upload the log file, but don't know if it is working since I don't know what I am doing!

    I have this problem when downloading any video from Amazon. Since always. I have reported it to support and nothing has been done until today. Amazon module is the only one causing me headache. I have tried everything, really everything, followed all the directions offered. A resounding failure. I am sick and tired of calling and being left in a vacuum with no solution.

    StreamFab, just because I haven't opened any more calls doesn't mean that the problems with the module are over, I'm just tired of your disregard for this issue.

    Yes, I closed all the tickets that were open, because it is useless to keep them with an eternal waiting status.

      Due to a bug in the Forum software, you are technically not considered a member of this forum. That is why it takes so long for any message you write to be accepted by the Forum. Also, it delays the actual posting of your message by a day or more, resulting in the message appearing, perhaps, on page 2 or 3 or more. Most forum readers (including staff, it appears sometimes) only tend to read page 1 and so no one reads your message and in turn will not offer you help with your problem.

      To All: If you look at a message you have written and there is not the word "Member" (in some form such as Member, New Member, Junior Member) under your avatar, you are experiencing the same situation.

      To fix this, write to Mona or some other member of the staff to have them turn on the switch to make you an actual member of the Forum.​
