Trouble downloading from Tubi

I'm trying to download Gilligan's Island from Tubi. Once on the download screen, the download stays stuck at 0%. Using 6.1.1.6. Have tried multiple episodes & seasons. Tried on 2 different PCs, including a complete uninstall/reinstall on 1 of them. Log attached.
