Mike, Did you try cleaning out old devices? Peacock seems to hate when you come in with a new browser or browser version. 6.1.2.0 beta has been running perfectly for me with Peacock since I cleared out all the old devices (again). I always rename my devices to reflect the actual browser version because it can get confusing when everything is labeled "web browser".

        Hi Cats4U,

I uninstalled old version of StreamFab (and settings) using Windows add/remove, cleared log/temp/cache & ran CCleaner on exit (clears everything in any browser cached used), rebooted, installed new StreamFab Beta from scratch using full offline version.

Is there some other step I should do to clean devices for StreamFab that isn't covered by doing the above?

I don't know how to clean out devices or rename them to actual reflect browser version in StreamFab software.

I'm on all the latest browser versions for Chrome, Firefox & Edge and updated those last week prior to doing clones of hard drive in addition to all current updates for Windows prior to getting this last error.

Like I said, it only happened twice on these two Peacock shows that are "Peacock Exclusives" and new.

I've download several other shows/movies without getting errors.

        Thanks

        Mike

The cleaning of the devices is done within the Peacock website. Load up Peacock in StreamFab and click on your avatar up in the upper right corner to bring up your Account. Click on Account and then on the webpage that comes up, just under the large word "Account" you'll see Devices. Click on that and you should see a list of all the devices that you have used to connect to Peacock. I then rename the active one to something recognizable like "Beta20" or whatever you'd like. Then it should allow you to remove all the older devices. If you just have one (or maybe, two) old device it doesn't offer to get rid of it for some reason. So, I have listed the Beta20 and StreamFab 18 (I never installed 19) and Peacock seems happy with that. No mean kitty blocking my download.

              Cats4U,

I thought you were talking about something else to do on the computer and StreamFab.

I knew about devices on streaming services account settings.

I logged off all devices in Peacock and then tried & did not get errors and it seemed to start the analyze faster.

It's annoying to have to re-enter my TV logons when there's only a "log off all devices"

Wish Peacock's was more like HBOMax where it named the Tv ones Roku also let you logoff by individual device.

I have been logging out every time after using Peacock in StreamFab, but there was still multiple devices logged in when I checked the above.

Guess I'll add that step also when using Peacock.

I was thinking it was due to the shows and being first day releases on Peacock Streaming only.

              Thanks!

              Mike

I agree. I would love to be able to keep my TV and my Shield as devices but Peacock seems to know better than me and those devices have to go if I want to download from them. It's getting stranger and stranger. Yeah, I have an everytime routine I do everytime I use Peacock. Actually it is more like Peacock OCD. Start up StreamFab fresh, sign in to Peacock (because it never remembers me), check my Devices, search for the show I want (even if it is staring me in the face on the screen because sometimes the kitty appears if you chose a highlighted show), choose the show/episode and add to queue (never Download Now because the kitty appeared in the past), clean out the Downloaded page, click Home, click Account, check Devices again, click Sign Out, close the Peacock tab, clean the cache, shutdown SF. It's ridiculous, I know, but Peacock has got me so paranoid that I might do something that it doesn't like (and siccing that kitty on me) that I just go through the routine everytime without even thinking about it.
Another weird thing for me lately - With HBOMax, that load your browser first routine and then load up SF and click Done - that never worked for me. I always had to do email/password. Now it won't take my email/password, I always have to do the browser first routine now. Well, I only have two more days with HBOMax until my subscription expires, so no worries.
