    Bug in downloading Paravi content that has moved to U-NEXT

    Using x64 version 6.1.2.9.

    By downloading Paravi content that has been migrated to U-NEXT, a file without audio will be created. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.
    At the same time, in this forum and support, we have been asking for more than a year ago [When downloading TELASA, the bottom of the file becomes a still image for about 3 seconds, and the sound is interrupted.] please.

      The log file attached above is the latest version, and I have checked for TELASA's problems.

      It occurs in all downloads, not just the above two points.
