6.1.4.0 Error 313 when downloading video added to queue by previous version

Installled 6.1.4.0 and the first video I attempted to download, one that was already in the queue, failed repeatedly with Error 313. I reinstalled 6.1.3.9 and the video downloaded without a problem. This was an Amazon video, Ozzie and Harriet S08E30. Does 6.1.4.0 have a problem with videos added to the download queue by an earlier version?

I had this same issue. I just restarted the program, then ran only one of them instead of hitting start all at the same time.

After that, they all worked fine.

Just installed 6.1.4.1 and attempted to download an episode that was already in my download queue, and...SUCCESS! No "Error 313". As a further bonus, I rescanned Ozzie and Harriet on Amazon and the episodes >25 are again visible. Thank you StreamFab!
