Streamfab MAC - nothing works - why we pay ?

Since several weeks we have issues with Amazon, now also Disney no longer works ....
when will you fix it ? We payed a lot of money then there should be some support in a reasonable time !

Don't forget Youtube giving issues confusing a video file with audio. Don't forget, Discovery Family of Networks has av sync issues and "time length" of file doesn't match. I'm sure others can add to the list of things that broke, AND STAYED BROKE.

Hi everyone, nice to meet you.

I am using Streamfab for Mac(Intel) 6.1.3.9 & Amazon Prime Videos.
It was just a month ago that I first became unable to download episodes 25 and beyond.
All content registered after September 10 will be unavailable for download for two weeks.
During this time, the Windows version has been updated several times and maybe these issues have been resolved.

If you are going to claim 50+ updates in a year as a selling point, I would like to see at least weekly updates or emergency updates when problems occur.
Despite the problems with many contents not being downloadable, it seems as if you are only doing routine work with no regard for the fact that you don't know.
Moreover, this time there was no update on September 22.

The new "Beta" Version works with Disney+ (Tried Elemental and Deadpool 2.) but it is super slow.
Not the Download, scrolling through the Pages Disney+ and APV is way to slow.
Is this for M1 Mac?
And after quit the App it doesn´t close.
The Dot under the Icon is there, so it is still running.

The Beta 6.1.4.3 for Mac M1 works great.
9 Titles downloaded from Disney+, without any issues.
APV tried to scroll through the pages, is ok, tried 1 Title, download ok
