UKTV Play offers to only download audio (6.1.4.4)

I'm hoping someone might have a pointer here please.

In trying to download a show from UK TV Play (https://uktvplay.co.uk/shows/inside-.../6336610447112) these episodes are only offering to download as an audio file, not a video file.

Is there some issue in my configuration that might be causing this?

please post the streamfab log files. as the staff will need them.

Although it offers audio first if you close the first dialog box that appears, a second one will then appear offering video.
