Before signing up, just wondered if anyone has tried to download from this service. I know there is a free trail, but just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with the service they can share ?

Never heard of it. It's not listed on SF's Supported Sites List - https://www.dvdfab.cn/supported-sites-list.htm
Even if it was on the list you should thoroughly read this forum and then decide whether you want to purchase StreamFab or not.
