Apple TV+ Monarch: Legacy of Monsters no option for English forced subtittles

Some streaming providers/shows have an option in the subtitle drop down for forced subtitles. Example in an English movie where someone is speaking a different language (in this case Japanese), the forced subtitles would allow for only having subtitles appear for the different language.
I don't remember if I have ever seen a show on AppleTV+ where that was an option, but it would be helpful to have this feature for this series.

Solved - In case someone else needs forced subtitles for this...
Open the file in VLC and use the View > VLsub option and you can extract the SRT file you want (in this case forced subtitles).
You can then burn in the file in HandBrake or do as you see fit.
