StreamFab for Windows Settings -> Network -> Use Proxy, does not use the proxy

If you go into settings -> Network -> Use Proxy and enter an HTTP proxy, StreamFab will ignore it and not use it.

This should either be fixed, or if this is intended, then the Proxy options should be removed so as not to mislead users.
