For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.

I don't know about this service but for Netflix and Amazon the default is usually en (English) and if you tick another language it downloads both language files unless you deselect en, depending on your playback device you can maybe change the language played (VLC or Emby).
The other option try to deselect English and only select German then download again..
